Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• State Licensure required for optics work.
• Optical dispensing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener & team builder.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise and eyewear trends.
• Strong basic math skills and familiarity with store technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and set expectations for service.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions into lenses precisely.
• Lead with optical knowledge and assist customers with needs.
• Take and record measurements; adjust eyewear with attention to detail.
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Utilize iPad/tablet and POS to process sales and manage inventory.
