Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry with commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead care delivery and uphold the LensCrafters brand promise with the store team.
• Manage KPI performance and contribute to practice growth.
• Foster positive doctor-patient relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure staff follow service processes and maintain office systems.
• Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements.
• Provide training and constructive feedback to team members.
