LensCrafters in Leominster, MA is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Optician to deliver Signature Customer Experiences. You will help customers choose frames and lenses, take precise measurements, and use our selling model to ensure accuracy and care.

You will educate customers on warranties and services, maintain optical standards, and collaborate with store teams to provide exceptional eye care experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• State licensure/certification as an optician.
• Experience in optical dispensing and customer service.
• Knowledge of optical theory and merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses to fit lifestyle and budget.
• Take and record measurements; ensure eyewear meets standards.
• Educate customers on warranties, care tips, and services.
• Operate POS accurately; process payments and discounts.
