Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• State Licensure as an Optician is required.
• Optical dispensing experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Familiarity with POS and tablet devices.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Dispense eyewear with accurate measurements and prescriptions.
• Lead in optical knowledge and guide associates when needed.
• Record measurements, adjust eyewear, and ensure quality and safety.
• Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and customer expectations.
• Maintain store appearance and protect company assets.
• Assist with POS and inventory controls as needed.
