Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan and meet company objectives by growing existing customer relationships and acquiring new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate with optical measurements.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with an Optician as needed.
• Maintain a positive store environment and keep displays/inventory organized.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
