LensCrafters is seeking a Licensed Optician to deliver exceptional customer service and precise eyewear fitting. You will leverage state-of-the-art tools and knowledge to create high‑quality, prescription‑accurate eyewear for customers.

Expect to guide patients, record measurements accurately, and collaborate with the team to meet store KPIs while maintaining a welcoming, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent is required.
• State licensure is required.
• Optical dispensing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise and fashion trends.
• Basic math proficiency and familiarity with calculations.
• Experience using POS systems and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions precisely.
• Lead with optical knowledge and service excellence.
