Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Licensed Optician in Bartlett, TN. You will deliver the brand value proposition and provide legendary service while crafting high-quality eyewear that meets prescriptions and style expectations.

Responsibilities include taking precise measurements, custom fitting, using an iPad/tablet for sales, keeping the store inviting, and collaborating with team to hit Brand KPIs while upholding safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State Licensure for optical dispensing.
• Optical dispensing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener & team builder.
• Familiarity with POS, computers and calculators.
• Selling skills and ability to use an iPad/tablet.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers and set clear expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescription into lenses.
• Lead in optical acumen and product knowledge.
• Record measurements and adjust eyewear for proper fit.
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Maintain accurate use of technology under time pressure.
