Eyetastic Services, a boutique independent optical practice in Lexington, KY, seeks a licensed optician to join a skilled team. You will guide clients in choosing frames and lenses, measure and fit accurately, and perform repairs with precision.

The role offers flexible full- or part-time hours, a competitive $28+/hour pay, and a year-end bonus. Training is provided for equipment and software, with weekdays and Saturday hours included.

Qualifications

• Licensed opticians with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in a retail optical setting.
• Strong knowledge of eyewear, measurements, adjustments, and repairs.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service, helping clients choose frames and lenses that truly fit their style and lifestyle.
• Perform precise measurements, fittings, adjustments, and repairs; offer expert recommendations on the latest lens options and frame technologies.
• Maintain meticulous records and transactions using leading optical management systems Eye Cloud Pro and Office Mate.
• Support and collaborate with a small team of experienced opticians and administrative staff.
• Uphold the highest standards of accuracy, quality, and personalized care.

Position Details:

• Schedule includes weekdays 10:00am-5:30pm, Saturdays 9:00am-12:00pm (half day)
