Responsibilities

• Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses tailored to their prescription.
• Take accurate facial and optical measurements for proper fit.
• Educate patients on lens options, treatments, and pricing.
• Prepare and manage orders for glasses and contact lenses.
• Keep patients updated on order status and follow through with communication.
• Perform pre-testing and assist with the patient workup before exams.
• Adjust and repair glasses as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in electronic systems (Crystal EMR experience a plus).
• Manage front desk tasks including calls, emails, scheduling, and insurance verification.
