LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Licensed Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and support store success by overseeing optical and lab processes.

Under state Opticianry license, you will assist customers with lens choices, adjust eyewear, and lead a team of associates; this role requires strong communication, leadership, and knowledge of edging and mounting.

You will ensure safety, maintain lab tools, and manage daily operations with a focus on quality and care.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Current and valid state Opticianry license.
• Strong optical and retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and training experience.
• Experience with edging and mounting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure unsurpassed customer service.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations.
• Assist sales associates and manage operations.
• Serve as alternate store key holder.
