Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Licensed Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead store operations, coach a talented team, and embody the Visionworks standard of care. You will supervise in the General Manager’s absence, drive daily sales, oversee patient flow, doctor appointments, and eyewear services to ensure a simple, human, and bold patient journey.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
• 1-5 years of supervisory experience required.
• Will have/maintain a State Opticians License required.

Responsibilities

• Promote the store’s profitability and achievement of sales goals by holding self and team accountable to delivering daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Role model and engage in all steps of Patient/Customer journey, supervise and redirect associates in exam lane and sales floor.
• Coordinate doctor appointments and eyewear services to meet patient/customer needs.
• Coach, motivate, and support associates to perform to ensure a flawless patient/customer experience.
• Execute operational activities to meet the store's financial and customer experience goals.
