EssilorLuxottica's For Eyes Flagler is seeking a Licensed Store Manager to lead daily operations, optimize customer experience, and drive sales performance in a busy optical retail setting.

You will recruit and coach associates, manage inventory and payroll, partner with Doctor of Optometry, and ensure loss prevention while delivering exceptional eyewear and service. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 3+ years as an optical associate or non-optical retail management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of operations, processes and business implications.
• Familiarity with POS System, computers and calculators.

Responsibilities

• Leads customer service by ensuring the team follows the Simple Sales Process.
• Provides on-the-job training and guidance to team members.
• Delivers timely feedback to all retail staff.
• Addresses underperformers and implements disciplinary actions when needed.
• Drives personal sales and fosters a retail selling culture.
• Analyzes store financial data to improve profitability.
• Leads Doctor of Optometry partnerships and co-planning.
