Visionworks Licensed Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead is the face of our store, dedicated to ensuring a remarkable patient journey from greeting to eyewear fit.

This full-time role requires a current state optician license, strong optical product knowledge, and the ability to meet daily sales goals while delivering friendly, expert service to every customer.

Qualifications

• Current State Optician License required.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through ongoing training and development.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support store financial and customer experience goals including restocking, merchandising, and order fulfillment.
