Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Licensed Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead to be the face of our store, delivering an exceptional patient and customer journey with optics knowledge and confident service.

In this role you will meet sales goals, engage with customers, measure eyewear, restock and merchandise, and complete order fulfillment while maintaining product knowledge and high service standards. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Current State Opticians License required.
• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through training to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship.
