Job summary

Visionworks in Florida is seeking a Licensed Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead to be the face of our store, guiding patients through the Visionworks experience with knowledgeable optics service and bold, human communication.

You will drive daily sales, engage customers with tailored eyewear recommendations, and maintain product knowledge through ongoing training to ensure first-time accuracy, while supporting store operations and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Current State Opticians License.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.
• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training to ensure eyewear is right the First Time.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support store financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment.
