Visionworks, part-time licensed Sr. Optical Specialist role, is the front-line face of our brand, guiding patients through eyewear decisions with optical knowledge and a friendly service approach.

You will meet daily sales goals, engage with customers, measure eyewear for proper fit, and support store operations including merchandising and order fulfillment. A state license is required, with benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Current State Optician's License is required.
• Customer or patient experience is preferred but not required.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily sales goals by delivering excellent customer/patient experience.
• Engage with patients and recommend products that meet eye care needs.
• Measure patients for eyewear and maintain product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Support store operations including restocking, merchandising, and order fulfillment.
