Job summary

Visionworks in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a part-time Licensed Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead to be the face of our store and drive the customer journey.

You will be trained on our products, services, and managed vision care to ensure customers find eyewear that fits their needs. You will lead the Customer/Patient Experience, meet daily sales goals, maintain eyewear knowledge, and support store operations including stocking and order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Current State Optician License required.
• Customer or patient experience preferred.
• HS diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship.
