Job summary

Visionworks of America is seeking a Licensed Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead to lead the customer journey and ensure exceptional eyewear experiences in-store. The role combines optics knowledge with sales leadership to meet daily targets and deliver outstanding patient care.

The position is full-time with pay between $28 and $40 per hour and includes a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Candidates should hold a current optician license and bring customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Current State Opticians License is required.
• Related customer or patient experience is preferred.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through continued training and development to ensure eyewear is right the first time.
• Day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship.
