Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Licensed Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store, guiding customers through eyewear with warmth and expertise. Must hold a state optician license and deliver exceptional patient care.

The role drives daily sales, engages customers with product recommendations, and ensures eyewear fits correctly while supporting in-store operations and training to stay current on products.

Qualifications

• Current State Opticians License is required.
• Customer or patient experience is preferred but not necessary.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for eyewear and maintain product knowledge through training to ensure eyewear is right the first time.
• Execute daily store operations including restocking, merchandising and order fulfillment.
