Job summary

Visionworks of America in Florida seeks a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our brand, guiding customers through the Visionworks experience with optical knowledge and a warm, human approach.

You will meet daily sales goals, engage with patients to recommend eyewear, measure for fit, and lead store activities in LEAD roles; 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification is required, with HS diploma and state licensing as needed.

Qualifications

At least 12 months of optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
High school diploma or GED or equivalent related job experience.
Maintain optician license requirements per state guidelines, as needed.

Responsibilities

Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time.
Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including opening and closing the store in LEAD positions only.
