Job summary

Visionworks of America is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead to be the face of our stores, guiding patients through the eyewear journey with a friendly, bold service approach.

The role requires optical knowledge, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to achieve daily sales goals while maintaining product and service excellence. This is a full-time position with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development
• Executeday-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship
