Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Current license for OTA or eligible to practice in-state.
• BLS certification required.
• One year experience preferred; new graduates welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with initial patient assessments under OT supervision.
• Document patient care progress and treatment needs.
• Administer modalities and exercise procedures per policy.
• Maintain progress notes and department records.
• Promote education within the department.
• Provide care for neonatal to geriatric age groups.
