Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
• Provide supervision to assistants and rehab techs as directed.
• Communicate with physicians and care team regarding patient status and discharge planning.
• Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
