The role requires accurate evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing re-evaluation to maximize functional independence, while coordinating with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited occupational therapy curriculum.
• Must be licensed in the state practicing by the Board of Occupational Therapy and provide an acceptable Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Performs accurate and timely patient evaluations and designs an appropriate plan of care with measurable goals.
• Maintains and documents patient progress, and adapts treatment plans as needed.
• Communicates with physicians and care team to coordinate discharge plans and ensure quality care.
