Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited OT program.
• Valid license or temporary permit for Indiana.
• Experienced or new graduate Occupational Therapist eligible.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients within guidelines and hospital policies.
• Instruct and direct Occupational Therapist Assistant and aides as assigned.
• Evaluate and implement the plan of care to improve daily living and mobility.
• Perform documentation and quality improvement per department policies.
