Job summary

American Senior Communities in the Greater Indianapolis area is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to deliver skilled OT services across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise COTA, while contributing to case management and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• OTR license or eligibility required.
• Strong patient-care and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise COTA and collaborate with therapy team.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy standards and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide quality occupational therapy care.
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA).
• Contribute to case management and care coordination.
• Maintain positive interactions with patients and center staff.
• Adhere to applicable state regulations concerning occupational therapy.
