In this position, the Occupational Therapist will provide therapy services to residents in their individual homes or onsite at our partner senior living facility. Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Occupational Therapy Education-accredited, Occupational therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state's requirements for licensure.
