Job summary

HTS is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide home health therapy in Columbus, Indiana, and surrounding areas. The OT will assess, plan, and implement therapy in patients' homes or at partner senior living facilities with flexible scheduling and potential growth into part-time or full-time roles.

Applicants must hold an Indiana OT license or be eligible to obtain one and be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Occupational Therapy Education-accredited, Occupational therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
