Job summary

HTS is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our home health team in Columbus, Indiana, providing therapy services to residents in their homes or at a partner senior living facility. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth toward part-time or full-time status.

Applicants must hold an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or be eligible to obtain one; a Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited, Physical Therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state's requirements for licensure.
