Job summary

HealthCare Therapy Service (HTS) seeks a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team serving two senior living communities in Madison County, Indiana. The OT will provide evaluation and treatment at both locations each day, with 30–40 hours weekly depending on caseload.

The primary Elwood location is an 84-bed community offering rehab-to-home, long-term care, assisted living and memory care; the Summitville site has 34 beds for short-term rehab. Travel between sites is compensated.

Qualifications

• Must have Indiana OT license or qualifications to earn Indiana license (ACOTE-accredited program, NBCOT exam, licensure requirements).
• ACOTE-accredited OT program degree, NBCOT exam, and state licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and treatment services at two facilities daily.
• Daily scheduling based on caseload and staffing needs at each location.
• Drive time between Elwood and Summitville locations is compensated.

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full Time

HTS is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our close-knit therapy team serving two well-regarded senior living communities in Madison County, Indiana. This full-time position offers 30–40 hours per week, with the OT providing evaluation and treatment services at both locations each day. Daily scheduling will be based on caseload and staffing needs at each facility.

The primary location in Elwood is an 84-bed community offering a variety of clinical experiences, including rehab-to-home, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care. The secondary location, a 34-bed care center in Summitville, provides skilled care and short-term rehabilitation. Both communities feature therapy gyms equipped with updated equipment. The two facilities are approximately 15 minutes apart, and drive time and mileage between locations are compensated.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
