Job summary

Healthcare Therapy Services (HTS) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis to cover home health patients in Frankfort, Indiana and surrounding areas. You’ll work with residents in their homes or onsite in partner senior living facilities on an as-needed basis, with growth into part-time or full-time positions possible.

Applicants must hold an active Indiana OT license or be eligible to earn it, with a degree from an ACOTE-accredited OT program.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana Occupational Therapist license required or ability to earn it.
• Advanced degree from an ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Pass state licensure exam and meet Indiana licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to home health patients in Frankfort, Indiana and surrounding areas.
• Coordinate care with patients in homes or partner senior living facilities; potential growth into part-time or full-time roles.

Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health

This position requires an active State Occupational Therapist license. Applicants without an OT license will not be considered. Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapist license or have necessary qualifications to earn it.

Position Details

HTS is currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis to cover home health patients in Frankfort, Indiana and surrounding areas. In this role, you’ll work with residents either in their individual homes or onsite in our partner senior living facilities on an as-needed basis. Growth into a part time or full time position is possible!

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Occupational Therapy Education-accredited, Occupational therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
