Job summary

The Brentwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide strategic leadership for our 159-bed facility in Massachusetts. You will oversee operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive high-quality resident care and financial performance.

Ideal candidates hold an active Massachusetts NHA license, have strong leadership and collaboration skills, and bring experience in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Massachusetts.
• Two years of experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong leadership and operational management skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong financial management and budgetary oversight to ensure operational efficiency and long-term sustainability.
• Plan, organize, develop, and implement facility goals and objectives that support high-quality, person-centered care.
• Lead and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to meet the facility's diverse clinical, operational, and employee needs.
• Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and specialty care services to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Serve as a visible and engaged leader with exceptional communication skills across residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and professionalism in all interactions with residents, families, and team members.
• Ensure the facility operates in full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, rules, and standards.
• Promote a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement across all departments.
