The role offers a salary range of $125,000–$155,000 annually, with strong benefits and opportunities for advancement. A Bachelor’s degree and MA LNHA license, plus 2+ years of managerial experience in a nursing center, are required.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered MA LNHA license
• Minimum 2 years managerial or administrator experience in a SNF
• Bachelor's degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration or health-related field
• Strong communication, professionalism and ability to deal with personnel, residents and the public
• Ability to manage budgets, plan, organize and direct facility operations
• Knowledge of COBRA regulations, survey processes, quality measures
• Knowledge of laws, regulations governing personnel administration
• COVID vaccination required or approved exemption
