Job summary

Marquis Health Consulting Services seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) for a skilled nursing and rehab facility in Brookline, Massachusetts area. You will lead operations, ensure compliance, and maintain high-quality resident care.

The role requires MA licensure, 2–3 years of managerial experience in SNF, and a BA in health administration or related field. Competitive salary $125,000–$155,000 with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator’s license or meet MA licensure requirements.
• Minimum three (2) years experience in a managerial or administrator capacity in a Nursing Center (SNF) required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
• Must be able to manage budgets, plan, organize, manage and direct the facility while maintaining company-wide policies per state requirements.
• Prior experience required.
• A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Public Health Administration, Business Administration or health related field, required.
• Knowledgeable of COBRA regulations, the survey process, survey tag numbers, and quality measures.
• Knowledgeable of reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to nursing center administration.
• Strong ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc., that are necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound operation.
• Must be thoroughly familiar with laws, regulations, and guidelines governing personnel administration.
• Primary series of the COVID Vaccine required (or new bivalent COVID Vaccine, or medical exemption).
