Job summary

Reliant Management seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee operations at a California facility. You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage staffing, and lead quality initiatives to meet corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Licensed Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator.
• Demonstrates excellent observation, problem solving, verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage staff performance.
• Has a valid Administrator’s license issued by the State’s governing Board.
• Meets minimum education requirements of the State.

Responsibilities

• Assure facility and Quality Assurance Program complies with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Approve staffing to meet patient needs while meeting regulations.
• Promote quality management through staff and patient involvement to achieve quality goals.
• Maintain personnel management and evaluate performance; approve payroll and counsel/discipline employees.
• Maintain collaborative relations with Medical Director and physicians.
• Monitor safe and sanitary environment; ensure equipment is functioning and inventory is adequate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
