Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of licensed Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator experience.
• Valid Administrator's license issued by the state's governing board.
• Meets education requirements as mandated by the state.
• Demonstrates strong observation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise staff with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations and maintain continuing certification.
• Approve staffing to meet patient needs while complying with regulations.
• Promote quality management through staff and patient involvement to achieve quality goals.
• Manage personnel, payroll, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and physicians to coordinate care.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary facility; ensure equipment functions properly and inventory is adequate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
