Job summary

Reliant Management is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in San Jose, CA to oversee facility operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality of care. Responsibilities

• Assure facility and Quality Assurance Program compliance with laws and regulations.
• Approve staffing to meet patient needs while meeting regulations.
• Promote quality management through education and involvement of staff and patients.
• Maintain personnel management and employee relations, including evaluating performance and payroll.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and physicians.
• Ensure safe and sanitary environment and proper inventory of supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
