Apploi is seeking a qualified Administrator in California to lead the facility's operations and programs in compliance with state and federal laws. The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage budgets, census, and performance metrics.

The Administrator will collaborate with the nursing leadership, department heads, and the governing body to maintain high-quality resident care, ensure safety, and drive continuous improvement across all facilities.

Formación

• Valid LNHA license in CA is required.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in health care facilities.
• Knowledge of state/federal long-term care regulations and guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct overall facility operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement actions based on QA/QI findings.
• Develop census and occupancy management strategies.
• Lead budget development and financial oversight with department heads.
• Coordinate readiness for health inspections and regulatory surveys.
• Communicate with residents, families and staff to ensure quality care and service.
