Ideal candidate has PA NHA license, a healthcare admin degree, 3+ years in long-term care with leadership, and a track record of staff development, financial stewardship, and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current and active Nursing Home Administrator license in Pennsylvania.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a long-term care facility, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations for nursing facilities.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to resident-centered care and service excellence.

• Prepare for and lead facility inspections and surveys.

Position Overview:
