Job summary

Macomb Post Acute Care Center is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the overall operations of our skilled nursing facility. We are looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated leader who can empower staff, take initiative, and maintain high standards of quality care and resident services.

The LNHA will oversee day-to-day operations, lead department heads, ensure compliance with regulations, and promote quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Nursing Home Administrator License required.
• Experience in SNF/long-term care settings preferred.
• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $95,000-$100,000 annually, depending on experience
• Annual performance bonus of up to $10,000 based on survey outcomes and key performance metrics
