Job summary
Waters of Wakarusa is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead the facility in Indiana. The Administrator will direct all operations to meet resident needs while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies.
The position requires a four-year degree, an active LNHA license in Indiana, and at least two years of long-term care management. Strong leadership, financial acumen and communication skills are expected.
Qualifications
- Four-year degree in a related field.
- Must hold a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license.
- Current Indiana LNHA license required.
- Minimum two years of management in long-term care.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations for long-term care.
- Must communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Directs overall operation of the facility to meet resident needs and regulatory requirements.
- Oversees budget, staffing, and labor costs.
- Develops and implements marketing and census strategies.
- Ensures compliance with corporate policies and QA standards.
- Maintains inter-departmental teamwork and quality of care.
- On-call 24/7 availability.
