Job summary

The Waters in Indiana seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead the facility's operations, ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and achievement of business objectives.

You will direct staffing, budgeting, marketing, and community relations while maintaining high morale and resident-focused care in a long-term care setting. Indiana licensure required; Bachelor's degree and 2+ years management in LTC preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Indiana license as Nursing Home Administrator required.
• Minimum 2 years management experience in long-term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of state, federal and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall operation of facility to meet resident needs and regulatory requirements.
• Lead planning with management staff and set department priorities.
• Conduct rounds to ensure resident needs, facility cleanliness, and staff morale.
• Ensure compliance with compliance programs and code of conduct.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, training, and orientation.
• Manage budgets, labor, and payables/receivables.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize census and revenue.
• Maintain relationships with regulators, families, and the community.
• Be on-call 24/7 and stay informed on regulatory changes.
