The role requires PA LNHA licensure, at least 2 years of LNHA experience, strong regulatory knowledge including HIPAA/OSHA, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current LNHA licensure in Pennsylvania.
• 2 years of LNHA experience.
• Strong understanding of state and federal regulations (HIPAA/OSHA).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care and services.
• Lead and manage nursing professionals (RNs, LPNs, CNAs).
• Collaborate with admissions, social services, and recreation for holistic resident care.
• Maintain accurate records and reports (incident, medication, clinical charts).
• Develop and manage the facility's budget and resource use.
