Job summary

Infinity Healthcare Consulting seeks an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead a facility's operations, ensuring compliance with resident care standards and government regulations while achieving business goals.

The role requires a four-year degree in a related field, an active LNHA license in Indiana, and at least two years of managerial experience in long-term care. Strong regulatory knowledge and English communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
Must possess a valid Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license.
Maintain current Indiana State Nursing Home Administrator license.
Minimum of two years management experience in long term care.
Strong knowledge of state, federal and local regulations as they pertain to long term care.
Must complete facility orientation and mandatory in-service programs.
Health assessment requirements including Mantoux test.
Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

Directs overall operation of the facility in line with resident needs and regulations.
Attend mandatory in-services by anniversary date.
Ensure compliance with Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
Collaborate with management and consultants on planning, priorities, and staffing.
Conduct rounds to ensure quality care, facility condition, and staff morale.
Utilize consultants and resources to maintain inter-departmental teamwork.
Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and QA standards.
Oversee staffing recruitment, orientation, and training.
Manage budgets and accounts payable/receivable processes.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to improve census and revenue.
Build relationships with regulators, families, and the local healthcare community.
Supervise department and facility education activities and meetings.
Be available on-call 24/7.
Educate staff on applicable state rules and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
