Job summary

The Blossoms is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team in Arkansas. Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing and currently licensed in Arkansas (or hold a compact license)
• Long term care experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills

Responsibilities

• Make rounds to observe and evaluate physical, emotional and social needs of residents
