Qualifications

• Requires a four-year Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Maintains a current state Nursing Home Administrator’s License.
• Minimum of two years in management or comparable long-term care experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs overall facility operation in accordance with regulations and policies.
• Oversees facility rounds, staff morale, and inter-departmental teamwork.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and QA standards across the organization.
• Manages budgeting, labor costs, payables, and receivables.
