Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our Terre Haute facility with innovative, patient-focused care and strong team leadership. You will oversee operations, drive strategic growth, and ensure excellence in quality outcomes.

The role requires a valid LNHA license, 3+ years of SNF operation experience, and demonstrated P&L accountability. AI tools experience is preferred, with a commitment to evolving healthcare delivery and staff development.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LNHA license in the relevant state or be willing to obtain if licensed elsewhere.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Proven experience with P&L management and strategic business results.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership to guide and grow the facility in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

What you Need to make a Difference:

Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.
