Signature HealthCARE is seeking an Executive Director (LNHA) to relocate to Terre Haute, IN, guiding a 176-bed facility with innovative, patient-centered care and a focus on quality of life. You will lead a dedicated team, drive strategic initiatives, and advance organizational goals in a dynamic healthcare landscape.

The role requires a current LNHA license in the state or the ability to obtain it, plus 3+ years of skilled nursing leadership, proven P&L experience, and the use of AI tools to

• Must have a current LNHA license in the current state or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.
• Three (3) years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Previous P&L responsibility required; comfortable with AI tools.

What you Need to make a Difference:

Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.
