In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring exceptional resident care and supporting a collaborative, dynamic team of professionals.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver Excellence in Resident Care: Champion quality care by implementing and evaluating systems that prioritize the well-being of our residents.
• Lead with Vision: Foster a culture of ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement, creating an environment where staff feel empowered to thrive.
• Ensure Compliance & Safety: Uphold regulatory standards and promote policies to protect both residents and employees.

Qualifications

Education

Master’s in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.

Experience

2+ years of long-term care experience (preferred).

Progressive management experience with demonstrated success in facility administration (preferred).

Skills

Strong leadership with a collaborative mindset.

Advanced knowledge of healthcare business practices, regulations, and risk management.

Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.

Licensure

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Virginia (required upon hire).
