Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute is seeking an Executive Director, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), Facility Leader to guide the facility through a transformative phase. This role demands strong leadership, strategic vision, and a focus on quality outcomes for residents and families.

Ideal candidates will hold a current LNHA license, have prior SNF leadership experience with a track record in financial and operational success, and be ready to drive innovation and talent development

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LNHA license in the state of location or be willing to obtain if licensed elsewhere.
• Three years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Proven success in LNHA roles measured by clinical outcomes, staff satisfaction, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the facility with visionary, entrepreneurial leadership.
• Drive patient-centered care and quality outcomes.
• Oversee budgeting, P&L, and business development responsibilities.
• Ensure accountability, effective communication, and strategic results.
• Collaborate with teams to advance talent development and service excellence.

What you Need to make a Difference:

Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.
